I'm a Business Administration student in a reputable college. I am doing a report on VOIP, and my main goal is to analyze the macro environment (Opportunities, threats) that influences the VOIP providers today. Mainly, I would like to see how macro environmental factors such as demographic, economy, natural, technological and political factors influence the industry.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
