 Gatekeeper authorizes and authenticates all calls and communicates with the billing system.

Billing System: Based on Radius, record and report all transactions; Provide Real-time billing, CDR and customer care with IVR.

Imputing the account number and a PIN number in the dial software or USB phone, the subscribers can then access the long distance and international calling service from any computer connected with Internet. The account is billed after services are delivered.
