Looking for a complete dependable and scalable voip solution that includes billing, IVR, softphone, supports multiple rate tables, supports multiple carriers, different level access to the system from master accounts to end users access to check billing, call history, add funds etc.
Services needed:
1) Pc-to-phone
Dialer should be customizable and should have the minimum following features:
a) Counter that times the call.
b) Buttons that link to call history, rates, and help.
c) Ability to choose or detect best codec for best performance for dialup or
broadband.
2) Device-to-phone (broadband and dialup)
Proven success of the devices that are compatible with the system is needed. ie
need to know companies that have actually used this voip solution and managed to
get an excellent service using BOTH dialup and broadband devices. Users should
be able to check their balance.
3) Callback service (including sms triggered , web triggered, and email triggered)
Different ways to initiated the sms triggered callback (user sends destination and
origination number, destination number only etc). Ability to assign unique callback
numbers is highly desirable.
4) Prepaid calling cards to be sold in
